Sorry for so many pictures- but take a peek.

We had so much fun going back to Oregon and meeting up with all of Josh's family. Oregon is beautiful in the summer! We had so much fun and loved speading time with each other. For a few days we ventured off to the Oregon coast. I did the packing for the beach... so i packed swimsuits...only problem for us Arizona kids is that Oregon beach means sweatshirts! We were a bit chilly- 65 and sun was still wonderful however just a tad bit different from the 110 we left.

Nolan was a super fantastic baby to travel with. He did great and was pretty easy to please wherever we went. The only problem was that we couldn't really put him down and let him crawl around..sand, dirt, rocks, ect.

We were able to hit the schedule right on track with the low tide. We went to three beaches and were able to find the most amazing tide pools. The kids were able to touch starfish, sea anemones, crabs, coral and everything in between.

If you know Kayla, you know she LOVES horses. The week before we went to Oregon she managed to have me read the entire boyscout merit badge booklet on horsemanship. She has definitely earned that badge! She can now correctly identify a horse by the markings on it's nose, legs and size along with a long list of other horse facts. Needless to say both Hayden and Kayla were thrilled to get to ride a horse. The rancher after asking Kayla a few questions and getting no response but a head nod, finally said " does that kid know how to do anything but smile?" The horse was named Pee Wee. The kids totally loved it!!

Ever heard of SANDBOARDING.....ahh, the same joy of snowboarding, but no wet, cold snow..just sun!! LOVE IT!

There are 20 grandkids - 17 boys and 3 girls. ...here are two best friends.
WHAT A FUN TIME!!!! Can't wait to go back.

Looks like you guys had lots of fun. That's cute how much kayla loves horses...funny girl. Sandboarding sounds like a much better idea than snowboarding!
